About our CEO

CEO and Founder Deborah Guyton is a seasoned professional with experience in human resources, diversity, and cultural competence.  She serves as Manager of Employee Relations within a leading health care organization.  Certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, Deborah earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Davenport University and a Master of Arts Degree in Educational Ministries from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary of Cornerstone.

Deborah’s heart for people is evident  in her community and ministry involvement.  She is a recipient of the Hy Berkowitz Professional Excellence Award and an alumna of The Chamber of Commerce – Leadership Grand Rapids Program. She is an active member of Kentwood Community Church and leads the Mosaic Women’s Life Group.  Deborah supports World Orphans and travels internationally as a missionary, serving in Ghana, West Africa, and Haiti.
